Nb188 ListView Filter Bar issue

The ListView Filter bar using DeviceDefault theme defaults to Black on Samsung Android 8.1 but works ok in Classic Theme on release nb188. Has this been reported previously?

The emulator displays properly in both DeviceDefault and Classic.

@Susan_Lane I just created an issue on GitHub, we also need to add two new properties for changing the background color and text color of the filter bar.
