is it possible to create apps for ios from windows?
You mean with App Inventor?
Yes, you can. You can download the iOS companion on the Apple App Store, although it is quite buggy as of the moment.
You can create apps for iOS but cannot yet publish them.
In future please search the forum as many questions, including yours, have already been answered.
if i don't have a mac device i can create an ios app from window scon app inventor
Using the MIT App Inventor companion app for iOS you can test your apps made with MIT App Inventor on your iOS device, regardless of the platform running your browser. This means you can use the web interface on Windows and test on iOS, for example. You can also design and test directly on an iPad using split screen mode on iPads that support it. However, the build functionality to compile apps is not yet generally available.
