I have a big Problem
It is I want to notify arduino when my phone gets a call
Please help me to create the app.

How are you connect arduino to app ? With Bluetooth ? Maybe you could try to use PhoneCall component . A simple example is shown below when incoming call is coming from a specific phone. You should consider what you want to happen next time you receive an incoming call, send another command ?

But how did I send any notification recieve to my phone to arduino
