Minimum API level

Hi im doing a project for uni using app inventor, and i need to know the minimum API level for my app- it doesnt use anything other than buttons lists and a database. Thanks in advance

Create an app for ios from a appinventor project

Because with AI2 the minSdkVersion = 7. Mostly the minSdkVersion = 16 or 19 (Kodular). But the share of devices with API < 16 is around 1%. Nevertheless, these devices, which hardly anyone has left, are listed in the Googel Developer Console. So the amount of devices is nor relevant.

How can I define the minSdkVersion for my app?
