Make puzzle 3x3 with Image Sprite?

Hi!
I have 2 problems and don't know how to solve it even though I've tried many ways.

First, it doesn't show all 8 images but only 1 image and after 3 clicks, it shows all.

Second, on the first turn, it seems to move correctly but on another shuffle, it loses 1 or even 2 shots.

I have consulted aia on one website but it seems I have applied it wrong or am missing something that I don't know about. Can anyone help me?

That article is incomplete, and the scan code for the source leads to a missing .aia file.

I would not waste my time on it.
