Hello everyone.
I have a project, in fact, more than one, but step by step. A project like that doesn't exist in the world or I don't know that. So... for the moment no competition.
This project I started in 2012 and it has the name "iESN project" (International Electronic Service Network).
It has as its scope the manufacturing, and selling of devices/tools for the electronic service industry, also for the electronic manufacturing industry. Among that, my project its purpose, is a new approach for the electronic service field in general, the franchise. From here derive a new payment method, pay per use (an affordable method).
My job is in the service field, in the electronic service field. I've been trained for over 35 years in "reverse engineering", to understand how something is made, to make it possible to repair that thing.
I know the theory with is not good to cut trees, but we don't debate here on that aspect, this tree was planted for that reason, to be processed, and is not an Amazonian jungle.
In fact, for 35+ years I have repaired all kinds of electronic modules from all kinds of machines (tractors, trucks, boats, harvesters you name what... only satellites I haven't repaired until now because NASA denies my services, I will try to negotiate with Musk, Biggelow or with XI... will see if I'll meet in my portfolio the satellites ).
So if I need something, there exist at least 10,000 professionals who need the same thing (in my evaluations derived from research and development over these 12 years of this project, there are over 100,000, but let's not have false hopes).
That is the market for my project.
What do I need for my project?! - I need real specialists, real professionals in what they do. I need collaborators, I don't need employees.
You'll say that I'm too old to have projects... Well... it is possible but I was face to face with death and... fortunately or unfortunately I'm back... to business. I don't upload pictures because can be scary...
So... I need collaborators from AI2, LabView, Google, AI, Web, WordPress, Web design, JS script, Python, marketing, video/photo, microcontrollers, optics, science, technologies... and you name it. MIT can be a perfect place for those specialists!
Payment... well... sincerely I don't know for the moment because "I don't sell the skin of the bear in the forest before I hunt it", I don't hunt bears! But of course, payment will exist and will be proportional to the selling/using of those tools. The numbers/math we will do it later.
So... This is the short version of the long version of my project. The long version... we will discuss if you are interested, in PM/PD or what is the name of a private messenger, if there exists, here in this amazing community.
To put in his place in the world this project, I need collaborators and money.
Among money, that project can have a huge impact on the best possible practice in reusing electronics, a huge addition to the more green on this planet.
Another project that I have is addressing medical devices, it will lower the prices for many devices used in the medical field (in time I prepare a huge amount of medical devices that have a prohibitive price.)
Another project addresses science and technology, to make it more accessible for universities, devices that nowadays have a prohibitive price (eg: magnetron sputtering).
Thank you for your time, best regards, Dan
PS - an example of the potential for only a tool. Now I see... and think that this project can be interesting even for the developers of AI2 not only for users of AI2!!!
BGA Rework. Here you have what "Professional manufacturers" name BGA Rework Stations, all are anything else (pizza horns, popcorn machines... or anything else), only Professional BGA Rework Station are not. I can demonstrate that!
Nowadays a BGA Rework is made with about $50. It is a medium-high price but let's take that...
With two tools that I will manufacture, a franchised can do about 1 BGA Rework in 5 minutes. The necessities to do that are 2 technicians/shift, three shifts per day, 20 days per month, 11 months per year.
Now some math...
5 min = $50 - one hour - $600 - one shift (8 hours) - $4,800 - three shifts (a complete working day) - $14,400.
20 days/a month - $288,000 - on a year (11 months) - $3,168,000 - from here must be paid technicians, bills, taxes... and so on.
In a year each tool (BGA Rework Station) does 31,680 BGA Rework processes, a total of 63,360 BGA rework processes with two tools.
From my R&D results to do this needs 288 BGA failures in a day that can be split between defective laptops, TVs, monitors, ECUs, electronic modules from industry, tablets and you name it where a BGA Chip is used nowadays (in all).
So... in a city with 100,000 inhabitants, there exists a huge probability that these 288 BGA chips fail and need a Rework process.
In the world, from my last research, there exist more than 4000 cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants. Think... Madrid, for example, has> 6,000,000 inhabitants, like Madrid, are hundreds of cities.
the final math... 4000 X 3,168,000 = 12,672,000,000 total/year potential.
I want only $1 at each BGA that can be made with this tool - $95,040 in one place in a year... X4000 places = 380,160,000 in a year.
I'm sure that I fail in some places from my simple math... but... do you want, like me a $1 from above math?!
