IOS build & publish menus are missing

I can no longer find anything in the menu to BULD for iOS or Submit .ipk file the Apple connect.

What happened to the menus? How can we publish for iOS?

Please help.

I am also wondering how to do this. Were you ever able to figure it out? Was there ever an option to do this in the pass?
