Google requiring API 36 / Android 16 update for new developer Apps

For those concerned about the Android SDK 36 warnings, we have updated our test server (ai2-test) to support SDK 36 in advance of the Aug 31 deadline. If you are willing to help us test, please copy your keystore and project(s) over to that server to build and test their behavior. Cheers, Evan W. Patton, Ph.D. Lead Software Engineer, MIT App Inventor
