I've tried this way, I mean "Don not disturb", the same, the popup service provider notification still appear after send the SMS, I guess the service provider always send this reminder notification to let me know what I've spent and how is my account now .., I guess because this popup notification come form the service provider it's so hard to find the way to stop it, anyway nothing is impossible I will keep trying, thanks a lot for your help.

I guess it's like when you ask the service provider about your account (prepaid service), as you call (in Syria *100#) the service provider send you a popup notification message that tell what is your account now, the same but when you send and SMS, the service provider send that kind of notification automatically to let you know that you send SMS and your account now is ..
I guess there is a way to stop this notification and I should try to find it, thanks a lot for your help and I appreciate your replay.

OK, I will, but in the other hand I have to try this application in other device and maybe with other service provider, so what about that, thanks a lot.
Suppose this is an application for general use, should I ask the owner of application to ask his service provider to stop this popup notification before using this application?
Application inventors should find the way and let the application work properly whatever is the device and android and whatever is the service provider, it suppose that we are the developer and nothing will stand in our way !

Yes, sure, that's right, but I mean to stop this service just when the application send SMS or let me say the packet of SMS, in the background, then after finishing of sending this packet of SMS it will turn the device to popup this service provider notification as usual .. anyway as an application inventor or android application, for developers this thing is not impossible to create or invent, but as a mit application inventors we trust our extension creators, and we take the extensions (which they had created or invented) and make our application and program using those extensions to do what intended to do, and to study how to make an extension or how to invent the extensions we want, that will be so complicated thing and as I said we trust our mit application inventors and we believe they can invent and create any useful extension and make genius extensions (as the Itoo extension) that make our applications work properly and at the end we'll invent a real wonderful useful applications to the world, thanks for you help and interest.
