Do you have Anti-Virus on your computer? That could be blocking App Inventor.

I go to a school I was doing a ice class then all the sudden it was blocked I hear it was a kid watching something bad I cant what it is I mit get flaged

Then you need to take this up with your IT Admin people / Teacher. Nothing we can do at this end.
