How would I use buttons to scroll on WebView?

Hi All,
I am currently working on a project that requires me to make an app/website screen that responds to button presses to either scroll down or up.

I only have this as of now. Only the Webview and buttons. I haven't started the blocks yet. I was not able to find any good sources to help.

I just tried the file you submitted and it doesn't work. "Server error: could not upload project. Please try again later!" and "Unexpected HTTP error code: 412"

I just tried it and it works OK here. Some network/other issue at your end? Did you try again later ?
