How to receive text via bluetoothle1

Hello.
I have a device that sends text after it connect to a bluetooth app in my smartphone.
I need to do the same but i need to write it.
Until now, i design somthing with this amazing MIT inventor and i ended after the unit is connected.
Please let me know how to continue?
How to print the text that i'm receiving via my external bt device.
