Is there anyway that when i click on the items in list it show a popup maybe with notifier that are you sure you want to delete it and then it deletes it

I am get the same problem it is saving only one data and new data is overwritten.

can you screen shot the problem.
do you mean that the data that goes to the list is not neat because using this: |

When i put the data and save it,
it gets saved on screen2 list view but when i add it again it deletes previous data and displays new one but i want it to save one after another
