I would like to know if we can ( if so how ?)create a new button each time a user completes a form ( so create an unknown number of buttons).

Don't confuse data with the components.

Must a movie theater (remember those?) add a new screen every time a new movie comes out?

You need to learn to use List Pickers and lists.
