but we can connect like this database : if0_38826907_LittleGame username : if0_38826907 password : (Your vPanel Password) sql server : sql108.infinityfree.com ? And is there an extension who made this for me

There is no need to use an extension
You will need a php script on your server anyway
There you will do the setup as it is explained in the tutorial
