I want to make an app. It must send this application apk file itself whatsapp. Because I am going to make a free movei wating app. This is work like this, if Someone Share my app to wahtsapp then he can get some offer from my app. Can I do that?

Not sure with the Activity Stater that this is achievable, but you can certainly do it with this extension.
You will need an full absolute path, e.g. /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/edu.mit.appinventor.aicompanion3/files/assets/file.apk.
