How I find GetApiLevel1?

Hi,
Could someone explain to me how I get GetApiLevel1
I understand it is an APP Inventor extension (?) but where do I find it, how do I get it
I've seen a lot of posts about this but I can't figure it out.
Please help newbie not very good.

Hi,
OK, I understand (.aix probably stands for App Inventor Extension) but how do I incorporate this into my app? I think this extension should result in extra components in the left window?
