Vertical arrangement set to fill parent (containing everything on the screen), then horizontal arrangement below it. Place your buttons/icons in the horizontal arrangement.
Or there are extensions that can do this.

rite sorry but how do you link the buttons again i've got buttons to our social media
In the button click event call an activity starter to take the user to a social media link (either app or url)
Is your question (topic) about a menu at the bottom (bottom sheet) or about how to use a button to link to a website? From the title, the former should be the case. 
If the latter is the case, open a new topic or, better yet, search for it in the forum...
