How do you download a app after building to IOS (iPhone/iPad)?

Hi how to I download a app to IOS after building the app? Do I need to make a developer account for Apple to app it to my own or friend IPhone/IPad like a APK for Android?

You can not build an app for iOS yet. You can only test with the companion. The builder is being tested at the moment.
