How do you create a button that adds buttons beside it when clicked on a horizontal scrolling layout?

The goal here is to basically fill up the button with information only when it is pressed. So at the start there is only one button, then when you click that button, it adds another button beside it. Each new button will have its own screen when you press on it, and you can delete that button as soon as it is selected by a checkbox and confirmation. Can it be done though?

You don't need or want a new button or screen for every piece of information.
