The app that we are making for our project is an application app where individuals will have to submit their PDF files. But we barely have any knowledge about coding, so we don't know what to do. Our concept is the picture I've attached.
When the user clicks the button they'll be able to submit their files, and we can review and check their files.
where do you want user upload the pdf file to? do you have a file server?
There's no file server
You shouldn't start such a project if you barely have any knowledge. Start with the basics and when you are experienced in that start with your project.
