How do I pass a value from appinventor to google sheet?

i want to create an app that when i type a value on the text box in the app
it will search in a google sheet file and get back the result to the app?
is it possible?
i also made a small research on my own
i think that the filter function on GS is suitable for this task

the problem i don't know how to continue from here
