How do I create a separate folder in external storage?

How do I create separate folder for my app and it should be in external storage (not private storage) in mit app. Im facing lot of problems while sharing and reading the files through private storage. Please help me

Can anyone help me in this, it will be very helpful

you can create a directory only in shared storage like /Download

Yes, i tried but im getting error.

i dont know why its too complicated to read and access file in mit app inventor.

What about showing us a screenshot about what you tried including the error message?

Unfortunately Google made it complicated starting from SDK 30.. nobody is happy about that...
