How can I refresh screen1 or restart app?

Hi all!

Is there some way to restart screen1 or the app? Like, drop everything that's being done and start anew like the app just launched.

But in the documentation it says

open another screen
App developers should never close Screen1 or use this block to return to Screen1.

It is up to you then...many users have had success with the linked method
