Remove itoo, this is no background task
and use the TextChanged event from the textbox itself

How can i remove itoo and i wanna the notification works and text to speech say when the sheet number changed?!
this is not a background task, just create a small test project from scratch, do not add the itoo extension
Also to get more help you should elaborate, what exactly means "once only everytime text changed" and what should close? the app?
that is something else and not related to this task
in the end you need itoo for your project, but not for this specific task
