You will most probably need to find an app on the Play Store that provides auto load for other apps.
You might also look in Taifun's Extension List in case someone has written a extension for this?

Do you mean updating the apk on your phone or testing the project while building?
What are these actions? Please elaborate
You probably are talking about changing data? Use an online database and everyone can read the updated data from the database directly
