The only thing I've been able to do so far is to rebuild the IPA (ad hoc) after a change and then reinstall that version. Afterwards, the file paths from the last IPA are no longer present, so the download has to be repeated.
After a complete installation (uninstallation and reinstallation), there is of course a new UUID, but this is not a problem, as the TinyDB is then also empty.
