How can I create a people delivery program?

Whether you are able to do develop an app as you described depends on what you mean by 'people delivery', your programming experience and how you expect the app to work. Is this an app like Uber (that helps 'deliver' people) or Uber Eats (that delivers groceries or fast food)?

Hello, so, I wanna make a game where the user clicks a button to deliver food to a customer of a restaurant depending on what the order says, so, I wanna make it so that, if the user presses the right button, the order randomizes again, and gives them ingame coins, if they get the order wrong, they lose coins and the order randomizes, How do I do that?
