Help downloading fast

i read about fast extension ide and tried to install but i dont understand some things including this instruction:

  1. Copy the absolute path of the Fast folder.
    what does absolute path mean
    and what does that imply sorry if my question seems a bit un expected but im still a beginner

I think you need to be on linux if it is talking about .bashrc or you might be able to use Cygwin.

I'm using arch linux though that is unrelated
