GPS Time block like now()

I need to have a more accurate clock, because the system time from Android sometimes has many seconds out of real time reported by any GPS receiver.
So, I would like know if anyone can make an extension for GPS resources, or add a block to an existing extension, a block like now() or system_time() but using GPS source to this time.
