Dear All,

There is a requirement for any app to appear on Google Play store that it has to be tested by atleast 12 people.

By tested means, when you open up a shared link, you have to opt for 'Become a tester' and then install app on your android device. You must not uninstall it for atleast 2 weeks.

Hey everyone! I'm also looking for a couple testers to hit the 12/14 requirement for my app Piment Dice (a mobile dice game).

For anyone still working through the 12/14 requirement - two things trip people up more often than the headcount itself.

  • Joining the Google Group (or accepting the invite) is not the same as installing. Someone who opts in but never installs does not count toward the 12.
  • The 14 days have to be continuous. If someone uninstalls midway you are short again, so it helps to line up 3-5 more testers than the minimum.

Play Consoleā€™s tester count is not real time either, which makes it hard to know where you actually stand on a given day.

Hi all ā€” building SignKit, a PDF signing app for Android (scan documents, add signatures, export signed PDFs). I'm stuck on Google Play's 12 testers / 14 consecutive days closed testing requirement. Hello everyone,

Iā€™m reaching out to the community for a little support with RED PULSE, an Android emergency and personal safety application Iā€™ve developed and am preparing for its first official release.

Iā€™m currently at the closed testing stage and need 12 testers to help me complete the process. Since many of you are already familiar with how Google Play closed testing works, Iā€™m simply looking for 12 people who would be willing to join my testing group, download the app once access is provided, and remain enrolled throughout the required testing period.

Once the testers have joined and downloaded the application, Iā€™ll be able to see the testing activity on my end and continue moving RED PULSE through the release process.

It's very sad for both people, the Appinventor community, no one helps you, no one downloads your app, even the person who creates the app in Appinventor, no one downloads it, no one tests your app, and it's very sad.

I thought the Appinventor community could help everyone,a team.

I cannot test it, I do not use Google Play Store.
