In the Companion, apply a Do It test to that get global lst block, to see what (if anything) is in it.
I've already asked the support team of REYAX RYBG211, but they are not sure if that device is supported by MIT App Inventor. I also tried to use string values instead of list but I got the same error result.

Good day, thanks for your response, I've already solved the issue. The characteristic UUID of Reyax RYBG211 is different from Service UUID which is not included to their manual.
What was the solution? Post it for others so it can be solved next time.
In my case I use LightBlue app to see the actual UUID of the connected ble device
