Is is nice that your are experimenting in creating extensions but this is something that can be achieved easily with math blocks and there is no need to use an extension

Even though your extension can be replicated by Blocks, it is welcome here. It is great you learned to make an extension and decided to share it. Some users will use it, others will use Blocks. App Inventor is mainly an educational tool and we are glad you were able to create the Time Converter.
