@Aquib_Khan Is it possible for you to show click touch background on click like click on any option in your phone settings when you will touch on it it will change background color I mean that grey type background color please add this if possible.

In css language:
:hover, :focus :active colors

It looks like you are talking about ripple effect. For that, u can use MakeViewUp extension.
