Hi, is it possible with MIT (App inventor) to track a plane (Flight tracking)
Perhaps, the ability to track depends on what you mean.
- is there an Android broadcasting its location on board the aircraft or model plane? This could be adapted How to broadcast a GPS location and share the information on a map with others in real time..CloudDB. if WIFI is available and it passengers are permitted to use it while airborne.
- Something like Avare ADSB or FlightAware? More difficult, depends on whether you can access the database where the flight information is stored. Perhaps you can access https://openflights.org/data.html .
