Error While Login

Cant able to login. While login redirect to Gmail and after enter username and password it shows "Internal Error
We encountered an error handling your request. Please try again in 30 seconds.

Thank You. And sorry for the inconvience."

Please need help.

The issue should be resolved now. We have switched back to using the primary login server but will continue to monitor the situation.

Is this error happening again? I have a student that says they are not able to log on.

We haven’t seen any issues on our end. Note that you may still get an internal server error if the student waits to select an account for more than 5 minutes as we only keep the temporary tokens Google gives us for that long. All they need to do if that happens is close the tab and open a new one to log in again.
