Addresses are not available for every location from Google's database. You will get a No Address Available when information is not available or if your device is not connected to the Internet by WIFI or network or when located in a crowed city like Manila and it is impossible to differentiate an address from an adjacent location.

Walk outside and see if you get address information elsewhere on your street, perhaps a block away and see if any other location provides an address.
