Creating a add to favorites

I'm creating a recipe app and I want to add a add to favorites and when the recipe is added that recipe will appear on my Favorite screen, I don't know how to do that

Just add that receipe name to a list and display that list.on your Favorite screen

how to do it? by clicking the add to favorites in the recipe screen that recipe will show up on other screen named Favorites. Does anyone has a example blocks?
