Hello! I need to create a contact form in my app with the option to take a photo and send it to me, or upload from gallery. Can someone help me recommending a tutorial that does this in the best way?

No tutorial that does all you want.
The linked discussion is about a developer who has users photograph the fish they caught and share the photos with him. Map Markers and Google sheets (download images from Googlesheets speed over network is slow) What he does might be appropriate for part of your app. See his Fish_Marker aia posted in post # 3 to see how he did that.
