If I understand the translation correctly (it’s a bit mixed), you’re correct. There is the “Refresh the companion” option (item number 4), which only is active when you are connected and resends the code for the current screen. There’s also the “Reset Connection” option (item number 5), which kills the connection and resets App Inventor’s internal state so that you can initiate a new connection. Only the first 3 options start the connection process, and only the first option (AI Companion) gives the QR code.
