We wanted to see the response after you submit the form, not the data in your spreadsheet.
If you have things setup correctly, your spreadsheet should have a sheet named Form responses 1

You can always use the actual google form to send some test data to your spreadsheet. If that works, then you know the issue is elsewhere.
