So create only 1 screen and change the data on it. If the user opens the second screen, don't create a new screen but change the labels and values on the first screen. It will look like a screen change, but you will actually only change the data displayed.

you say after following operation like any button click or anything then either you take name from user and create new screen or set a variable a as 1 . when operation done say button1 clicked change variable by 1 and 2 block open another screen name join screen + variable
