Can I upload apps to App Store with the AppInventor iOS build server

I understand that, for now, I can develop an entire app the upload it to Apple AppStore with the appinventor ios build server. Do I have right ? Thank you to provide me with more informations if you have

The test server only supports ad hoc builds at this time. You cannot submit apps signed with an ad hoc profile to the App Store.

In our meeting earlier this month with Apple we explored four different potential directions for iOS compilation for App Inventor. We're continuing to discuss with them the best options. In the meantime, we are building out the ad hoc distribution methodology and I'm pushing for us to make an initial version available in May or June.
