Clock1.Now() returns an Instant, which is means to be used internally by other AI2 blocks but not usually meant to be shown to users. If you examine it closely, the one you posted includes details not only about the time and date, but also the choice of time zone, Daylight Savings Time settings, your location (Asia/Shanghai?) , and choice of calendar (Gregorian.)

To show an Instant, most people pass it through the Clock1.FormatDate or FormatTime block.
