I've downloaded my app, but it always refresh it again and again.
What can I do to stop this?

Fix the reason your app keeps refreshing...
Now, provide us with some details about your app, show us what blocks are run when your app starts (Screen1.Initialise event), we cannot guess from the information you have provided so far.
I made .an App against Procrastination, which made a learning plan for every school test.
You can see the blocks of the start screen.

Tidy up your assets:
- remove that unknown file
A - Shorten the filenames for the two webp files with long strings
- Remove the
(1)from JugenForscht - Resize JugenForscht.png by @ 90%
You have many red errors on nearly every screen of your app. Most of these relate to the setting of variables.

You can do a better job of setting up your big list in Haupt. Consider making a small csv file and iporting it to an AI2 list.
Ensure that you eliminate all yellow and red errors from your app.

Please provide your latest aia project, with all those changes.
Your aia project is corrupt.
Your upload has not worked.
Could you also please resize all your images to make your aia project more accessible.
Most of your images probably do not need to have dimensions any greater than 400width. You have a 3.5 mb image that is just too big, your app is having to do a lot of processing to make it fit, the same with the others. You could also greatly reduce the size of your audio files.
