The terminal is integrated into the IDE for a smooth experience
does this only support rush?
what language was this written in? (just a curious question ) and are you planning to open-source it?
Do you have any plan for MacOS version?
That's a good question! Yes I am planning to release it for MacOS and Linux in a bit btw are you a macos user?
No it supports every compiler
i think this IDE could be cross-platform then, since it is written in python java and c, which means us Linux users could also use it
Yes I am working on other builds
Did you like the concept?
Yes
Yes,
(Even I also attempted such a thing before but it is discontinued now)
I wanted to make an IDE that should make it easier for people with low system resources to code
extended oxymoron:
Windows : low system resources
Just stick with "lightweight"
For comparision other ide are minimum 400 mb while this is one tenth their size
Other community members are also requested to suggest features
Doesn't it support Java and Kotlin languages? These are essential for developing extensions.
Here are some potential features you may consider adding:
- Code suggestions and autocomplete.
- Colorful IDE for colorized codes.
- Code formatter.
- JSON fomatter.
- ...
It supports Java and Kotlin I will update the website soon
Thanks for your feedback
Do you have any plans to add these mentioned features?
I will surely add them
