But one problem, I have found, if two SimpleSQLite controls are added, the screen freezes.

This looks like it needs to be in the App Showcase category (I have moved it there), but you also ask a question. You might want to split this and ask the question in the SimpleSqlite topic? You could also provide some screenshots of your app.
