Ativar e desativar caixa de seleção (Enable and disable checkbox)

tenho 3 caixa de seleção e gotaria de saber como ativar e desativar

Exemplo... marquei a primeira caixa de seleção... as outras caixas de seleção serão desativadas e quando eu desativar a primeira caixa de seleção, as outras caixas de seleção serão habilitadas novamente e assim por diante para as outras caixas de seleção
(Example... I checked the first checkbox... the other checkboxes will be disabled and when I disable the first checkbox, the other checkboxes will become enabled again and so on for the other checkboxes)
