App for Monitoring webpage

I want to create an app which monitors a particular webpage and with webview component, and notifies the user if there is any change in that

Change means if there is any visual change like something new update

i have an idea for this, can we take a long screenshot of that page and comapre two images if theres a extension for this or something

If theres anything like that thats my only an idea but i am sure there must be any proper way.
