I got a doubt here that
uninstalling it means only uninstalling the files? am I right?
I am asking because:
one day after installing a software, I got to know that is suspicious and I deleted the .exe file instead and that pulled me into problems, later on now I changed into a new pc

As those are package files the uninstall tool says no java versions detected
off-topic, but that's a bad idea. If it wasn't a virus, you would just lose access to the program.
If it was one, then it would still infect your computer. The virus need not come only in the .exe file...

When looking for executables, the PATH is searched from left to right. If you have an issue with the ant copy of the Java executable being found first, move the Oracle/OpenJDK path before it in the list. There's no need to uninstall/reinstall software here.
